What are groups?
Groups are named lists of contacts you create to segment your audience. Use groups to organize contacts by intent, stage, product interest, or any other criteria that matters to your business. Once contacts are in a group, you can target that group in funnel workflow nodes — for example, automatically adding leads who complete a step to a specific group for follow-up.Creating a group
Name your group
Enter a descriptive name. You can also add an optional description to clarify the group’s purpose for your team.
Adding contacts to a group
You can add contacts to a group in two ways:- Bulk action from contacts table
- From a contact's detail page
- Go to CRM → People.
- Select one or more contacts using the row checkboxes.
- In the bulk action bar at the bottom of the screen, choose Assign to group.
- Select the target group and confirm.
Contacts can belong to multiple groups. Adding a contact to a new group does not remove them from any existing groups.
